A Practical Starting Point, Not a Substitute for Legal Review
Every workplace has its own organisational structure, workforce arrangements, locations and governance responsibilities. These templates provide a structured starting point. They do not replace the statutory provisions, applicable Rules, service conditions or organisation-specific professional advice.
Before adopting a template, identify the correct legal requirements, complete the relevant organisational fields, remove inappropriate alternatives and obtain the necessary internal authorisation. Some documents are intended to be formally adopted. Others are working tools for planning, evidence management or periodic review.
A completed workbook does not establish that an organisation is POSH compliant.

Internal registers, review calendars and evidence summaries can support implementation. Do not describe them as universal legal requirements unless an applicable source establishes that duty.

Protect Confidentiality and Use Appropriate Information
These are blank organisational tools. Do not upload complaint narratives, identifiable inquiry records, witness information or other sensitive personal data to PIH to complete them. Where a workbook is intended for offline internal use, restrict access according to the information it will contain. Section 16 of the POSH Act imposes particular confidentiality restrictions concerning complaint and inquiry information. This library is not a public complaint-management platform or statutory filing portal.
