Build Your Training Plan
Use controlled organisational inputs to sketch a sensible mix of employee, manager, Internal Committee, and leadership learning.
Legal baseline
The statutory baseline and an organisation’s programme design are related, but they are not the same question.
Section 19(c)
Section 19(c) requires employers to organise workshops and awareness programmes at regular intervals for sensitising employees with the provisions of the Act, and orientation programmes for members of the Internal Committee. The provision does not itself prescribe one universal annual training interval.
The statutory awareness and orientation baseline.
Role, workforce and delivery choices scoped by the organisation.
How POSH India Help trains
PIH methodology makes the role boundary, learning format and training record clear without presenting a product approach as statutory language.
Employees — Recognise → Respond → Report; Managers — Receive → Protect → Escalate; IC — Assess → Inquire → Reason → Recommend.
Use structured online learning for scale, facilitated work for discussion and practice, or a scoped combination.
Keep completion, assessment and certificate records tied to the outcome they actually represent.
PIH methodology — not statutory language
